My second skill was the skill of introduction. I selected the topic of Neutralization. I introduced the topic by doing the experiment of Neutralization reaction..

Our second assembly..

 Our Second Assembly- Cosmos..

Today was another assembly day.. Today's assembly was conducted by us Cosmos. Each one of us divided our duties . We have also planned a performance based on the violence on the name of religions. 

In assembly my duty was to deliver pledge. In the absence of preethy chechi I also became a part of the 'Mime ' on the violence on the name of religion . With a little time , we have developed a feeling of unity among the all with the play..

It was indeed a great day to show our unity and togetherness....

The Incredible Indiaa...

 The Incredible India ......

Today afternoon session was organised as the cultural programme associated with independence day - Azadi ka amrit mahotsav..

We physical science association, Cosmos also participated in cultural programme. We presented " The Incredible India" in the stage.

Each one of us represented different states of India..

I represented the state of Manipur. Each one of us dressed according to the traditional dress of each state. We presented our self to the stage with the music and step of each state..

Every one appreciated our effort....

We also enjoyed that experience very well.

It was indeed a beautiful day.......

Freedom wall unveiling and Flag hosting...

 INDEPENDENCE DAY - AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV

A group of students has worked so hard to make the freedom wall in the past days...

Today August 15 azadi ka amrit mahotsav celebrated by the unveiling of freedom wall and Flag raising by our beloved principal, Dr.K Y Benedict.

Azadi of India was the result of the sweat and blood of many freedom fighters.

Today at this independence day, let us remember all of them....

Film Screening...

 Independence day film screening....

Today as part of 75 th independence day -  Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav  66 th college union Advithiya organised a film screening of the film Newton.

Newton is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language black comedy drama film co-written and directed by Amit V. Masurkar. It shows the current situation of Indian politics..

Aerobics - To make us happy and healthy

 An Aerobics day.....

The speciality of today was aerobics in the last hour from 2.30 pm. It makes us happy and refreshing.. 

After the aerobics , students requested to the sir that aerobics should be there in our weekly timetable...

Say no to war...

 War and peace...

The day begins with the assembly conducted by the Mathematics Association. Assembly was well organised and arranged.

Then there was a programme conducted by the college union Advithiya, against war and a photo exhibition regarding that....

The programme began at 10.00 am .The talk by Dr. Thomas kutty sir was really sensible and great.. It really gave us an information regarding the violence and ways to prevent it. 

The discussion followed by the talk was also really informative and thought provoking..

"We have to stand for the last, least and lost"..

Followed by the session, the photo exhibition and documentary session began at the general hall 1. Students from different schools visited the photo session....

The photo session was well organised and well explained by the union members..

"The real and lasting victories are those of peace and not of war"

The day emphasized the idea of peace....

Physical Education Exam Time..

 It was the return to college after two holidays due to rain . As it was rainy season, I was little bit reluctant to come to college..

The day begins with yoga, Sooryanamaskaram. It was followed by Joju sir 's class on assessment test. The afternoon session was physical education exam . It was conducted in two sesssions.  The first session was for us, physical science association, natural science association and malayalam. The later session was for other three optional.

After the exam, It was time to say goodbye from the college for today..

Micro teaching - First Experience

 MY FIRST MICRO TEACHING

It was my first micro teaching today . I think I presented well. My topic was ozone depletion. The fore noon session was micro teaching session. 

It was a new experience for me.. It gave me the feeling of a real class.

I completed my micro teaching within 5 minutes. And it was another exciting experience. Since it was a scaled down teacher trainer technique, a short and miniature version of normal teaching methods. 

Sreelekshmi, Hema and Meenu gave the feedback along with the teacher. It was a nice experience indeed...
