           Today first class was taken by George sir. Sir taught us about physical education,need and importance of physical education,aims and objectives of physical education etc.

Second session was taken by Giby ma'am. Ma'am taught us about methods of psychology and introspection.

Then there was optional hour. There was presentation of Reading and Reflection. I also presented my Reading and Reflection on the book I have read, that was " Brief Answers to the Big Questions" by Stephen Hawking.
